If many websites use the same theme as you have would that be a problem?
I do not think so.
Everyone can use the same theme, colors and structure.
Maybe the logo would not be the same.
If you use same theme it is easier to make more website because you can use template.
Modify logo which cannot be the same for all websites and the content will not be the same.
So, I think that is fine and it would not make a problem.
If you have an agency and you put company details in the footer then you woild have same company details on all websites. Would that be an issue because you have same company details on all websites?

It's a numbers game.
If the niche you're in has let's say a handful of sites that all use a similar theme, style and writing style it leaves an easy to spot footprint. Maybe they'll catch it, maybe not... but at the very least it will be easy for any competitors to notice and do what they're going to do.
If it's a large enough niche - like " "insert major city" apartments for rent" where there are tens of thousands of sites, putting up 5 sites with the same theme will be less noticeable.

Use different themes and it help you differentiate your sites from each other. But this is not an issue for one or two sites, you can find any single good theme for your site and go for it.

If I were you, I would choose unique themes for different sites. Also, make sure the content is different.

Using the same theme for multiple sites can make them look too similar and may confuse visitors, especially if they are looking for different information. Additionally, if one site experiences a security issue or performance problem, it could potentially impact all of the sites using the same theme

Yeah of course. Since the structure and content would be different then I don't think so there would be any issue.

Using the same theme for multiple sites in the same niche is fine, especially if you tweak the design and content. It helps maintain consistency but can still feel unique for each site.

It's not a big deal to choose different themes, if you like the same theme, try to find similar ones. Using the same theme might look like a network of sites if it gets attention.
