Can I use bots to generate ads traffic ?

Yes you are right that kind of artificial traffic usually gets flagged sooner or later. It might look like growth for a moment, but it is not stable and can easily cost you accounts in the long run.

That approach is very risky. Most ad networks have systems in place to detect unusual or non-human traffic patterns, even when proxies are used. You might see short-term results, but it can quickly lead to account suspension or getting your site flagged. It’s usually better to stick with traffic methods that comply with platform guidelines if you’re aiming for something sustainable.

I have this idea to code a bot that uses thousands of proxies and send traffic to my websites and click on links, is this method legit or will I get banned?
I assume there are platforms that have a problem with this, due to legitimacy issues; it would be something to be careful about.

interested, the question asked in 2024 is bump, you may see numbers go up for a short time, but networks are pretty good at detecting proxy patterns, abnormal sessions, bad engagement, and fake clicks. Worst case you lose ad accounts, affiliate accounts, analytics trust, or even the domain reputation. Fake bot traffic is not a long-term strategy.
