Buying Goods from China

I wanted to get your take on this idea, and maybe you can point out any flaws that you can find or things that I should change.
Looking to doing some sales via Ebay currently have established accounts but will be scrapping everything and starting Fresh with more anonymity and discretion. Looking to use DHgate for my products. I've set up a virtual office that is going to receive my packages, packages will consist of probably 10-15 shirts. I've got business accounts set up, I've registered an e commerce LLC very vague.
Using cash back credit cards to fund this operation and paying them off as sales occur. My only major concerns are have these items seized, they are "replica goods" Soccer jerseys. I sell them to teams at local leagues. If they are seized I would like to distance myself as much as possible from the operation.
I've done this a few times already but I plan to makes this a consistent process placing 2 orders a month spread out through the month being delivered to my virtual office address.
Any input is appreciated and welcome.

I don't suggest this since it's replica, Paypal will freeze your account if they found this!
and also I don't suggest DHgate, they sucks...try aliexpress~

If you are ordering in bulk, you should use 1688 instead. That is a wholesale platform.

You mean alibaba ?
1688 in Chinese and it's not easy to talk with Chinese for other countries !
You can get better price on Alibaba!

So you should use the alibaba
aliexpress, alibaba, 1688, They are all belong to Alibaba group. The 1688 is for Chinese local business, and the alibaba is for worldwide/

If you are familiar with Chinese culture, payment is the least of concern. For bigger shipments you can always use lc.

I'm from China, so I know how to handle with these suppliers ...
Most of them don't trade online, you need to contact then via tel or wechat （微信）
Now wechat is the most popular chat APP here in China ,,,, so you can add them wechat while the tele number

Then chat them via Wechat, don't mind if you know Chinese, cos there is a translation function built in, people can press your message and choose to translate to Chinese/English~!

What I don't know is that if there is a payment function built in the Wechat USA version...
We can pay via wechat in China very easy... it takes some minutes to add your card number on Wechat, then you can pay to others via wechat directly!

From what i see on my phone now, I do not see the ability to add payment method to wechat. Seems like wechat pay only works in China.
Yup, the real cheap price are never online. Not on 1688/ alibaba. You need to talk to them.
Translation only work for basic communication. I won't trust it if I am doing a bulk purchase order as what can goes wrong will go wrong.

trust me, alibaba is a better choice for bulk order! They have professional English sellers, so you can talk with them with the price, the shipping and other related things!
As I know many factories in China don't have a team for online business, they only produce, the orders all come from the friendship by the boss.
For those who have the sales teams are more like to to sell the products to other countries than sell in China.

It's different culture cos if you sell in China there maybe many problems, such as account period and the bargaining！ They can give you better price if you are a honest and real business man.

Being from China, do you think there are better things to sell that are not pirated or replicas? I have yet to find something that attract enough attention in the United States.

Alibaba is easier to navigate and most of the sellers there understand basic English so, I recommend Alibaba to US buyers. Regarding payment and shipping, you can use third party shipping agents which you can find many through Google search.

I'm aware of the consequences but for such a small amount of product it would be hard to detect.

Can you accept bitcoin and give me RMB?

I think you're scaring yourself on the import side. You're more likely to get in trouble selling the shirts via Ebay before you'd get a package seized by customs. I've worked imports for quite some time and our company only imports from China. A package of 10-15 shirts of any sort is the least of US Customs concerns (as long as you're paying your duties and taxes you're good to go), the individuals they're looking to seize packages of are shipping purses, shoes, etc via container, we're talking in the millions. Your packages are most likely to ship via DHL or FedEx from China, and those packages arrive in around a couple days nowadays, so unless your packages are beyond suspicious you shouldn't need to worry, there's just too many packages being imported and not enough individuals to check.

I also agree with @moonswamp in regards to establishing relationships via WeChat. WeChat is Facebook on steroids over there, the only difference is they trust their platform as a part of their daily lives. Chinese business relationships are personal, so unless you establish the closest of personal relationships, you're not going to get the best prices or service, it's just the business culture.

Again though, you're more likely to screwed over by a customer complaining to PayPal about selling fake goods before anything else.

yeah don't recommend selling replicas illegaly, especially with a LLC registered (if you want to go illegal, do it properly)
