Blogger situation: my experience + advices needed

So, a long time ago (few years back) I've had a so-so visited music blog that was deleted by Blogger because of copyright. That's just a fan-fact, not really important, I wasn't aware of the TOS back then. Recently, I went to visit my ex-site deedee1whoa.blogspot.com & saw how a spammer is using my long-term built linkback's etc for potential number of visits. With a simple option Inspect element, I found out the original page I viewed is timmtytjhjdfj.blogspot.com.

So, my questions are... What's the point? How do you exactly do that, that kind of revamp & theme coding script for the "simple link" as a result? Is it better to use a redirection? ALSO, it gave me an idea, I'm sure it's nothing new though. If I allegedly had 50+ registered Blogspot's that still have traffic coming their way through the affiliates like my blog, could I use that through this "simple link" thing? How? How not to get penalised, flagged or deleted?

I've searched the forum & read a lot about redirection on Blogger like 301 etc but still had some questions so hopefully there are some guys who are willing to help.

Seriously? You think I'm lying? at: I don't care for the blogs so I didn't make their links clickable. And neither of them are mine, at least one of them not anymore. You have your doubts though, it's a free country. I need advices! I could have described or captured the interface but I was kinda lazy. I can still edit the first post, I'm willing to do that to prove I'm not here for number of visits if you're willing to describe what's happening on the blog(s) so the BHW members know. I don't know the names for "simple link" thing & right, exact terms.
