I'm constantly getting 'GMT2 has stopped working'.. and I don't know how to fix it.
Would love for some help

*Edit: I'm getting it when I try to save a template. but I'm also getting it after the bot works for like 2-3 hours..

Loving this, trying it out and seems promising. What is pricing going to look like? When are you thinking release will be? Super excited .

Yeah, I'm also experiencing crashes. It's usually after it does not find anything after scraping.

Hi
Nice Bot, can you add a option to remove animations(the effects when clicked on overview, settings etc) because when connected with vps it loads slowly because of the effects.
Thanks

Hello. I have just installed your bot, let me tell you my main problems faced:

1) The new version had several errors:
- Error appearing when closing the .exe
- Message appearing when trying to load a template "This template isn't compatible with the current version of GMT2" I did try every other template, no one worked, always the same error. That means that I couldn't load any!
- The bot did crash when trying to delete a template.

So that's what I did: I have reverted the version from 0.1.12 to 0.1.9 and no one of these errors were encountered, now everything works fine with templates and the bot is doing his job perfectly! Thank you for sharing and your work is really appreciated, I will let you know when I will encounter more crashes or bugs!

Anyway, since I am just a beginner and I am using the 4f65d, do you have any tip or trick in particular? I did read that it's important not botting 24/7 and to let it rest from 6 to 9 hours per day.

how to limit...
like perday ?
follow perday?
following perday?

Its pretty easy mate.
Just go to "Settings" inside one of your accounts, select your module.
Lets say you want to add a like limit per day. Go to Like Module, open its settings and you can see it says Max per hour,Max per day and Max per week.
You can set them as you want

where can I extract my settings because it is stuck on getting user feed and I am going to have to reinstall and dont want to have to add accounts and setting again

Hey guys, can I ask you what is your follow back rate? Because mine is stuck at 3%. Can anybody recommend me any better filter?

I have a pretty high follow back ratio and I'm proud about this.
Well I can give you 2 options that worked for me for different purposes.
  1. High follow back ratio, lower engagement.
    • With this option you should try and find 5-10 big instagram accounts in your niche and follow their followers. With this way I have about 40% follow back ratio every day.
  2. High engagement, lower follow back ratio.
    • With this option you should try and find more big accounts in your niche and follow the people who like and comment at their posts.I've notice with this tactic that my follow back ratio is down to 10-12% but my engagement is by far better than the first way.
Dont forget to post regularly if you want a big follow back ratio and engagement. If people sees that you are active, they will follow you.

I've noticed that the User Tracking-Follow-Effective Filters (Follow Back / Interacted Users) is pushing out an incorrect percentage.
I'm showing 2 filters that show 100% follow back. I wish this was right, but it's wrong. I've double checked with the User Tracking-Overview and can see that the filter followed, for example, 20 users, but only 3 followed back.

I know that not all users from a filter follow back, yet the User Tracking stats show 100% for certain filters.

Great explanation @chrispliakos.

Just so that @Slayors finds the right scraping filter, this is the User Scraping-Recent Activity (then add the username of the big account to scrape from users that liked and commented.)

@chrispliakos have you had any good results when turning on the Extra Settings-Recent Activity Filter:Ignore Likers?

I've tried it, with very little to show in return, maybe the "big accounts" that I use are not big enough, or I've already followed most of their commenters. Who knows?!

Well if you see it from my point of view the users that liked a post of a big account have a higher possibility of being fake. What I mean is they can easily be fake likes from an SMM panel or they can be fake likes from bots, like ours.

Also I disabled this feature for practical reasons. I'll give you an example: Lets say X account is really huge and every post has over 20k-50k likes.
If I activate the recent activity filter and let it scrape the likers from lets say about 2 hours ago,it would take ages.
It would take even much much longer time if you have any other filter enabled such as: Ignore the ones with no profile pic,Ignore the ones with blacklisted words at bio etc.

So it would be better to do a further research, find some really big accounts with 2-5 posts every day and lot of comments.

Yes, makes sense.

I've also heard that Instagram is putting less emphasis on accounts that follow "new" or "recent" accounts. For example, accounts that are recent or less than X months old. It seems that the new IG algorithm has a setting that anyone following these new/recent accounts is most likely to be a bot, or use a bot, to scrape and follow these accounts.

It would seem plausible, and I am now trying to test on 1 account, to only follow those that have XX number of posts. I know the number has to be bigger than the old trick of "fill 9 or 12 posts, as soon as you create an account so that it looks old".

Anyway, with IG's new algorithm, I've seen my client's accounts see less followers and less engagement. There has to be a better way to scrape users that will follow and engage with our accounts. GMT2 is making it easier for us to see what is not working, now I got to find what works. @JJJackson keep up the great work. Your bot will be a game changer.

Still crashing

Send me your error log via PM.

Yeah, I'm also experiencing crashes. It's usually after it does not find anything after scraping.

What module are you using? What does the history tab say right before it crashes? Send me an error log perhaps.

Thanks

In the future, you will be able to control the application via a rest API (so basically control the bot via your web browser) You won't have to log into your VPS to change your settings.

Most of the crashes you mentioned should be resolved soon. Thanks for the reports!

Can you send me a screenshot of the issue? Of the graphs and the users not actually following you in the overview.

@chrispliakos How many minutes since the last activity? I was thinking about 10.. Is that fine?

This depends on the users you are using. Look at the comments on their recent posts and see how often people comment. If you are using a big account like @selenagomez 10min is definitely enough.

Started testing bot tday.. Left it runing will see how it goes.. Will report tmrow if find anything.. Some bugs inperfections i found:
* Loads of grammar mistakes
* When importing settings templates it gave me that its not compatible with my version..
* User interface is hard to understand for somebody who never dealed with bots. Tooltips give more informations but still not enaught. Please add more text explaining deeper in details what each settings option do.
* Tooltips toggle off after some time, it might be better to leave them toggled on while mouse is over..

Questions i have.:
1. How to make sure users with links in bio dont get followed? I tried adding >>.com bit.ly, youtu.be in words filter but bot still follows users with links in bio..
2. When beta is over what price will u put for bot?
