where can I extract my settings because it is stuck on getting user feed and I am going to have to reinstall and dont want to have to add accounts and setting again
Hey guys, can I ask you what is your follow back rate? Because mine is stuck at 3%. Can anybody recommend me any better filter?
Great explanation @chrispliakos.I have a pretty high follow back ratio and I'm proud about this.
Well I can give you 2 options that worked for me for different purposes.
Dont forget to post regularly if you want a big follow back ratio and engagement. If people sees that you are active, they will follow you.
- High follow back ratio, lower engagement.
- With this option you should try and find 5-10 big instagram accounts in your niche and follow their followers. With this way I have about 40% follow back ratio every day.
- High engagement, lower follow back ratio.
- With this option you should try and find more big accounts in your niche and follow the people who like and comment at their posts.I've notice with this tactic that my follow back ratio is down to 10-12% but my engagement is by far better than the first way.
Great explanation @chrispliakos.
Just so that @Slayors finds the right scraping filter, this is the User Scraping-Recent Activity (then add the username of the big account to scrape from users that liked and commented.)
@chrispliakos have you had any good results when turning on the Extra Settings-Recent Activity Filter:Ignore Likers?
I've tried it, with very little to show in return, maybe the "big accounts" that I use are not big enough, or I've already followed most of their commenters. Who knows?!
Yes, makes sense.Thank you very much!
Well if you see it from my point of view the users that liked a post of a big account have a higher possibility of being fake. What I mean is they can easily be fake likes from an SMM panel or they can be fake likes from bots, like ours.
Also I disabled this feature for practical reasons. I'll give you an example: Lets say X account is really huge and every post has over 20k-50k likes.
If I activate the recent activity filter and let it scrape the likers from lets say about 2 hours ago,it would take ages.
It would take even much much longer time if you have any other filter enabled such as: Ignore the ones with no profile pic,Ignore the ones with blacklisted words at bio etc.
So it would be better to do a further research, find some really big accounts with 2-5 posts every day and lot of comments.
Still crashing
Yeah, I'm also experiencing crashes. It's usually after it does not find anything after scraping.
Hi
Nice Bot, can you add a option to remove animations(the effects when clicked on overview, settings etc) because when connected with vps it loads slowly because of the effects.
Thanks
Hello. I have just installed your bot, let me tell you my main problems faced:
1) The new version had several errors:
- Error appearing when closing the .exe
- Message appearing when trying to load a template "This template isn't compatible with the current version of GMT2" I did try every other template, no one worked, always the same error. That means that I couldn't load any!
- The bot did crash when trying to delete a template.
So that's what I did: I have reverted the version from 0.1.12 to 0.1.9 and no one of these errors were encountered, now everything works fine with templates and the bot is doing his job perfectly! Thank you for sharing and your work is really appreciated, I will let you know when I will encounter more crashes or bugs!
Anyway, since I am just a beginner and I am using the 4f65d, do you have any tip or trick in particular? I did read that it's important not botting 24/7 and to let it rest from 6 to 9 hours per day.
I've noticed that the User Tracking-Follow-Effective Filters (Follow Back / Interacted Users) is pushing out an incorrect percentage.
I'm showing 2 filters that show 100% follow back. I wish this was right, but it's wrong. I've double checked with the User Tracking-Overview and can see that the filter followed, for example, 20 users, but only 3 followed back.
I know that not all users from a filter follow back, yet the User Tracking stats show 100% for certain filters.
@chrispliakos How many minutes since the last activity? I was thinking about 10.. Is that fine?
