I am on a limited budget

Which product to promote and with which traffic source for best possibility of success in my situation.

I am thinking of doing in health niche or B2B SaaS on Bing ads

As bing ads is cheap.

Is this a good idea? Has anyone tried this?

Bing is not cheap and has very little traffic. Very low traffic limits you what you can promote. If you have limited budget paid media is not for you. Try organic traffic, social media, youtube.
