Best alternatives to Google AdSense?

So I've tried parterning with Google AdSense for about a year and a half and their ads never display on my website, they are always blank. Lot's of struggles all the time and I heard that the minimum payout is like $100.

I am thinking of going with these guys becuase they seem good for beginners, $10 minimum payout with Paypal. just all in all a good company.

The website is for my Tool that I developed for Minecraft.

Adsense are the biggest, Chitika and MediaNet are a couple of other options, but are nowhere near the size of Adsense.

Would you happen to know why my ads are blank when added the adsense script to ym website?
I've gone through the Other Content thing when they review your website and it takes 3 days about 6 times now. Account should be fully activated etc.
