Is it possible to do black hat with google shopping (i know with google ads its possible with cloaker) but i sell replicas and my business is 95% on google shopping i have been banned and cant recover of this. Someone have an idea ?

Try to avoid brands keys, first. Anyway it's better to use cloacker for your niche.

I don't know if it's possible to do in your country but...
Collect mac addresses of people that walking around your cafe or any other business.
In short, you need a router that collects MAC addresses. Than you just target google ads to this addresses.

The price per click will be very low, because you will indicate exact devices and these will be potential customers because they just move near your cafe, office or something like this

In Google Ads, one cannot taget MAC addresses of devices (there is no such targeting option in Google Ads to target MAC addresses of devices).
And, even IP addresses, there is no such targeting option in Google Ads to target IP addresses.
One can only prevent the ads being seen by certain IP addresses (IP exclusion), you cannot target them specifically.

how can you target someone by their mac address in google ads? can u explain?
