Hi,

Recently have created this squeeze page and have 227 clicks on the page but the problem is I didn't get any conversion from the clicks.

kindly appreciate any suggestion and idea

I guess people are afraid to get armpit hair if the sign up like the model on the right side.. ;)

Conversion like people signing up with their mail or actual sales?
 
Don't publish your site mate.

As for conversions what you're seeing is probably ghost traffic, from bots or ... aliens. You need some targetted traffic.

yes, targeted traffic. How to deliver targeted PPC traffic to the website?

Any basic tutorial on CPC will do, mate. Tagetting, segmentation and so on the basic marketing 101.

Ask the mods to help you edit your post if you wish. @BassTrackerBoats might be able to help you out.
