Recently have created this squeeze page and have 227 clicks on the page but the problem is I didn't get any conversion from the clicks.

kindly appreciate any suggestion and idea

Don't publish your site mate.

As for conversions what you're seeing is probably ghost traffic, from bots or ... aliens. You need some targetted traffic.

Any basic tutorial on CPC will do, mate. Tagetting, segmentation and so on the basic marketing 101.
