i was lurking thru the forum and did read many of the posts about Anonymous DMCA Ignored Bulletproof Hosting but everyone says something different.

Is there something of a guide to it? Where like all the important infos are listed, whats needed..., who the best hosters, domains,... are and so on.

If not can someone help with these?

If i would want to make an OnlyFans leaks Website for example that kinda works like a index to where to find what leak and work with cpa and dont host the actual files itself.

Yep, someone on the forum shared a spreadsheet a while ago :
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1-Z6_gcL6MS3NLoQwpeo3YiaWYqPNpzDDbZ01VgDFVEM/edit?gid=1553926152#gid=1553926152

The most affordable host for you would be Alexhost.
I don't know much about this type of web hosting. While I see that many of them accept monero, is the registration and hosting setup truly anonymous? If I were to sell certain info services that are in the gray zone, illegal or strongly go against a specific platforms ToC and PP, could I host my website with one of these providers safely and not having to think about getting doxed or getting my site taken down?

Which of these hosts has the best network peering or transit to the US to ensure low latency for American users?

I live by the mantra: "they can't share, what they don't have." While many services will offer business with little, to no KYC/KYBC in return, it's always sensible to abide by good opsec such as never connecting from your origin IP, never share legitimate (or even semi-legitimate) information and always ensure that you're not inadvertently displaying anything that may provide a semblance of a connection to you (or your business/project).

Essentially, if you operate like a ghost, the likelihood that the entities that may come after you (movie studios, industry associations, etc.,) will encounter significant difficulties in "identifying" you as well.

The site being taken down, well...that all depends on the provider you're utilising, their reputation and whether they are willing to ignore the abuse notices related to your project. My number one tip on this is: always speak to the provider first! If they don't want to host your project, they will usually say (unless they're a terrible provider and sadly there's a few of them around...).

Hi, you need to ask the host provider if they allow and check their rules first.

Check this hostings:
https://ava.hosting
https://privatelayer.com
https://alexhost.com
https://koddos.net
https://prq.se
https://novogara.com
https://swissmade.host

I've had experience with some of the hosts listed in the spreadsheet, and I can attest that Alexhost is indeed a good option for those looking for affordable and relatively anonymous hosting. However, it's essential to note that "truly anonymous" is a strong term, and while these hosts may accept monero and offer some level of privacy, it's still crucial to take additional measures to protect your identity and website. Regarding network peering, I've found that Shinjiru has a robust network with good connectivity to the US, which might be beneficial for low latency. Can anyone share their experience with Shinjiru's uptime and support?
Might be worth dropping a quick private message to @IPTV Reseller HUB (hope the tag is ok!) who recently mentioned that they've had no issues with Shinjiru's BGR location. Good advice as well, RE: protecting your identity beyond payment processors/gateways.

Never host at Shinjiru.com
The simplest unverified report of phishing by someone else (bogus screenshots of what is a dmca situation, no phishing) gets your server taken down.
Do not believe their strongbolt server nonsense.

For the hosting side, Id take a look at LuxHost. They are a pretty decent pick for offshore-style projects, especially if you want something more flexible than the usual mainstream hosts, stable enough, not super annoying, and better suited for this kinda niche than random cheap providers

If you are building something in the adult/CPA space, Id focus on the whole DMCA ignored meme and more on getting a clean setup: decent offshore-friendly host, solid domain registrar, backups, privacy, fast server, and clear rules on what content is actually allowed
