Amazon Automated Dropshipping

Does anyone know if companies like dropcom.net really works? Does anyone have any good experience using an Amazon Automated Dropshipping service? There are a lot of companies out there that do this service. They ask for about $250 a month but then your amazon seller account is all automated. It uses an API and it will post your products (some up to 100,000 skus) and descriptions, update competitive pricing, automatically ship. Basically you pay month to month and receive the money earned. It almost seems to good to be true.

Sounds to good to be true to be honest, dont know much about dropcom.net so cant really help with this.
