About Google and SSL

Hello everybody,

Do you have any idea if google treats SSL types in a different manner?

For example, if a website has an EV SSL, is it more trusted than a similar one having a DV SSL?

I personally noticed some indexing changes during EV. However, I see that Chrome doesn't even show the greenbar nowadays...

EV SSL Certificate come up with Visible Green address Bar (With or without organization name), vulnerability scanner, SGC (Server Gated Cryptography) & SAN (Subject Name Alternative) support; which gives maximum trust to users & feel safe to deal with the organization.
Try rsa or dsa.

ssl is ssl that it , there no prefrence in indexing position boost at all.

there is a theory you need to verify the domain with google to get trust flow .

for beginners .
ssl == secuity socet layer

ssl == https

https://www.your domain.com

http://<<< is obsolete(( can use for non algo indexing jobs like a lander .))
 
Here's the difference between the three types of SSL certificates that exist:

- DV SSL: it just validates the domain, without any organisation information;

- OV SSL: it validates an organisation and you can see its name;

- EV SSL: this one is like an extended validation and the only difference is that the URL bar becomes green and you see the name of the organisation there.

SSL is, itself, a ranking factor, but having one type of SSL or another will not make your website rank better.

Just make sure redirections are properly set up =)
