Hi BHW fam.
13 months ago I started working on my agency and with cold emailing and some google ads reached 30k mrr. Unfortunately I am student and doing my final year so didnt have much time to spear. After 4-5 months of lack of working mrr plummeted to 10k.
Now I am graduating and thinking of ways to scale the agency. get back on track and go even beyond.
there’s lot on my mind. Thinking to Write back to old costumers, start fb/insta ads, tiktok ads, continue working on google ads (not profitable takes 3 months to get ROI) maybe mass dms, affiliates and SEO.
so far I got some back links from sark seo from bhw but that was it. Nothing else is done SEO wise. Im thinking to make a blog and start producing content, but dont really know where to start from. Website is hosted on webflow because im making changes bymyself and im pretty good at it. But want to host blog on subdomain. I was considering creating blog on webflow (i know how to design not structure correctly) ghost.org where I could host blog on subdomain and everything else is pretty much done or buy already made blog from bhw and connect it as subdomain to my site.
i am more of an entrepreneur, i know nothing but researching. I learn fast.
I dont have any specific skills besides that i think fast, i link things and absorb information. I am pretty moody and bipolar…
please advise if I should
A. Make own blog on webflow
B. Use ghost.org
C. Buy already made
D. Anything else
also share your thoughts on how i can scale.
