Hey I'm looking to buy about 20 instagram accounts with like 50 FAKE followers each, where can I get this?

I currently use an iTouch when I'm on the go, and want to log into my instagram accounts..but I want to buy about 4 more, but I don't want to drop the cash on 4 iTouch devices. Are there cheaper alternatives? They don't have to be fancy, I would only be using them for the instagram app.

I built an account to 50k and switched the username and everything around, but when I search the old username, the account still shows up. But it just shows the new username...What gives? When will this stop? I don't like leaving footprints.

Is there a penalty for mass unfollowing on instagram? Like say if I unfollow 7,000 in a day? I know there is a penalty and possible ban for mass FOLLOWING, but I was wondering if it was the same for unfollowing?
