Twitter Won't Give Me My Archive!

I have about 7 twitter names, and I can get archives for all of them except for one. It will download and say it has been sent, but it has never showed up in my e-mail. I have tried changing the email provider, from aol, to yahoo, to gmail. I still never receive it. And I need to download my archive to do quick and simple mass tweet deletion. Does anyone know how I can get my archive, or a way to mass delete tweets?
