Will posting a class photo from 2000 get my instagram account suspended?

I know this may seem like a silly question. But I have 4 accounts, and one of them is my personal account. I've got about 150k followers on it. Most of my followers are in Mexico (I'm Mexican American) but I was born and raised in Iowa. I wanted to just post a throwback photo of me from when I was in 3rd grade in the year 2000...I doubt anyone from Iowa would see it? But heck, who knows. Maybe they might? Is this illegal to post? Will it get my account banned? Would instagram just take down the photo if someone complained? There's nothing bad happening in the photo. It's just a regular standard class photo with a bunch of 3rd graders smiling. I will have everyone's faced blurred out except for mine. So you can basically see the shape of them, but you can't identify them.

Again, sorry if this is a stupid question. I just don't want to risk losing my account. Thanks.

If the face of your classmates are blurred it shouldn't be a problem.

Not sure why this is an issue. You have no legal rights to your photo unless your are willing to spend thousands of dollars proving that you are the owner of the photo. You can copy and use any image you like.

I can go on your page and steal all your photos and repost then and you cannot do a thing unless i am stealing your identity. And even then you will have to prove that you are who you say you are and i am not you.
Sounds hash but its true.

you'll be just fine, even celebs are doing this frequently

Just include the #tbt hashtag and people will understand, lol.

Not only will Instagram let it stay, it will become a viral meme.
