I understand the limit per IP address is about 4 sometimes 5. But what about creating about 50 different accounts on 50 different IP addresses, but then later logging into all of them from the same device and IP address. Like if I was in a cafe, and sat down and logged into all 50 accounts one after the other.

It all depends on the IP, in my opinion. I often log into my accounts in public hotspots that have had thousands of instagram accounts logged into from their IPs. I think the more diverse IPs your account has been logged into from the better, looks more natural.

Diverse IP's are actually bad for accounts that spam or run bots everyday.

It is a more of a safe way to be honest. But I know people who run 20-30 accounts off one IP for years and never had problems but they got their accounts made on different handsets and some different IP addresses

I have 13 accounts running on one IP created on about 8 devices but now used on about 4 devices and i've been fine and never experienced any troubles. Although i'm not sure the consequences when you scale this up to 50 accounts.
