My background is in programming, and I have developed my own tracking and traffic monitoring tools by integrating several APIs, including Meta Ads, Adsterra, IP and ASN checkers, bot filtering, and other relevant systems into a single dashboard. This allows me to monitor and analyze my traffic quality in detail.
As an Adsterra publisher, I have been receiving my payouts smoothly over the past few months. The CPM I have been getting has also been quite good for Smartlink, averaging around $1.x per 1,000 impressions.
However, a few days ago, my account was suddenly suspended without any prior warning or clear explanation of the reason. I have already contacted [email protected], but it seems that the responses are automated, as I keep receiving the same template replies without addressing my specific situation.
I am quite confident that the traffic I generate is of reasonably good quality, considering that the CPM I consistently receive is relatively high. At the moment, I have approximately $600 that is ready for payout and another $400 pending, meaning that around $1,000 in total is at risk of being forfeited without any warning or prior notification.
If the quality of my traffic genuinely did not comply with Adsterra's Terms, I would expect this issue to have been identified earlier. I have been receiving regular payouts successfully for the past several months, and I would also expect to see deductions or other warnings if there were concerns regarding the quality of my traffic.
I would really appreciate it if my account could be reviewed manually and if I could receive a specific explanation regarding the reason for the suspension, as well as clarification on whether my remaining balance will still be paid out.
