REFUND POLICY
Refunds are available at any time. You can take your refund either way:
- As account credit — refunded in full to your VIBEHOST balance, or
- Back to your payment method — refunded to your original payment details, with a 20% processing fee retained. Services suspended for breaching our Acceptable Use Policy (below) are not eligible for a refund.
ACCEPTABLE USE
We stand for a clean network. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Outgoing DDoS, spoofing, botnets and mass port scanning.
- Any attacks or unlawful activity targeting government resources or authorities.
- Illegal content of any kind, including CSAM, drug shops/bots, extremism and terrorism. Breaching these rules results in suspension of the service without a refund.
