My wordpress sites have dropped from Google Search after changes--what am I missing?

I've recently started making websites for my businesses and some of my clients with Wordpress instead of traditional html like I've always done. The problem is, I noticed that these new sites didn't have any 'descriptions' when they came up under search ("A description for this result is not available because of this site's robots.txt"), so I eventually learned that Wordpress doesn't have robots.txt or meta data in sites for description, title (sort of), keywords by default.

So after some research, I made robots.txt files for these sites, and added the meta data to each website theme's header.php files.

Then, I noticed that the websites and their subpages DISAPPEARED COMPLETELY from Google Search. I've since added them all to my google/webmaster account, adjusted the settings in Wordpress admin to unclick "discourage search engines from indexing", and added sitemaps (and referencing that in robots.txt), submitted everything to the google/webmaster sitemap tool, etc. days ago, but I'm still not seeing these sites show up on Google Search.

I'm totally stumped, and it looks like I can't talk to someone at Google about resolving this?

Here are some of the websites:

EddiePatin.com
ReddCanRollOffs.com
CentennialStatePaintCenter.com

Any feedback would be appreciated.

I did this in summary:
- Added a robots.txt file to each
- Added Meta title, description, and keywords in header.php of their theme folders
- Built a sitemap with Google Sitemap XML app in Wordpress and referenced it in robots.txt
- Unchecked "Discourage search engines blah blah" in Wordpress admin settings for each site
- Tested robots.txt for each in google/webmasters
- Submitted the root sitemaps for each in google/webmasters

Search site:EddiePatin.com in google to know if a site is indexed. It is.

There's been some big shake ups this last 2 or 3 days by the big G

How much time have you allowed?

Thanks, guys. I did the robots at the beginning of the month, and submitted the sitemaps to Google at the end of last week. You guys are saying that the sites are showing up indexed, but that's literally changed over the afternoon, haha.

Will google eventually forget all of the sites they have indexed that aren't there anymore? A lot of the stuff indexed for eddiepatin.com are from the html days before the wordpress conversion that isn't there anymore.

If you are using Wordpress login to your dashboard, go to settings and click reading... Now uncheck the box that says "hide sites from search engines" or something along those lines.. Problem solved.
