I have a women's fashion apparel site and need the following done:

Site Improvements
1. Create a robots.txt file
2.There are two H1 tags on the homepage; remove one as to not confuse Google about the page's primary purpose
3. Create backlinks
4. Lengthen home page title tag
5. Create meta description with keywords
6. Create HTML sitemap (it's missing)
7. Cleanup the code on the site to improve speed (right now its 46/100)
8. Create SEO and PPC campaign to monetize the site

Right now, zero. This is a brand new site and I'm starting from the ground up. I need an expert to guide me in monetizing the site. Right now, we aren't doing any advertising. We want to use Google, Yahoo and Bing PPC. I don't think FB ads would get us many sales.

If you give me $100 I would build you 1 pbn and some Web 2.0s. If you pay me 5k per month I would building 50 pbns and some Web 2.0
