We offer a few different things. I'm not able to go into too much detail about the niche itself, but happy to explain how I am monetizing it.
1) Ebook guide
2) I found a digital service that retails for a decent price, but can be fulfilled by freelancers for a fraction of the cost. We offer the services through our site and the freelancers fulfill them.
3) Some niche specific items that are AliExpress drop shipped with a 100% mark up.

Do you know roughly what percentage of your profit comes from each of these sources? Like does 50% of all the money you made come from your digital service, 20% from dropshipping, etc. ?

Interesting tidbit, the testing of the google image based ads has dropped my CPC to 0.01 with a bunch of testing. Although, right now the bounce rate is quite high. Still something i'm working on tweaking and testing. I've also made some optimizations on the landing page in terms of layout and page speed optimization.

A rough estimate would be 70% from digital good / service, 15% ebook, 15% dropshipping niche related items.
