Repeat: Journey to another 10,000 a month

I have 2 websites and sent over 30 emails for site and 10 emails for site and only 1 person for each site accepted guest posting how do u find free aites that accept guest posting? Also u doing any manual backlinking or only bhw services? I myself dont hve much money to invest and would love to reach 50$/day mark or even 30$/ day mark with amazon. Would you take a look at my sites and give me some suggestions please =)

Thanks for this. What I really dont get - how did u managed to get "about 0.02 per click through FB"? Could u give us more info about this?
I did a blog on this. :) The key is split testing, targeting broadly within your niche, and maintaining a high relevance.

How do I achieve these results?
The trick is earning how to appeal to your audience and creating the most engaging advertisement. The best way to learn what will give you the best results is to experiment.

When I start a campaign I choose 5 images for my facebook ads, and test each with 5 different combinations of title / text. I use each image with each text combination and throw them all onto Facebook ad manager. From here I simply monitor how they perform and trim the fat until we are left with only the best performing ads. This cuts down the cost because the best performing ads have a higher click through rate and thus a lower cost per click or like.

Here is an example where I used 9 different images with the same text. You can easily see which ones performed best.

It's difficult to get something for free unless you are providing something of such quality that they will consider it. I do manual backlinking as well, but I think it is better to focus social. Look at places where you can drive targeted traffic towards your site. Groups on facebook related to your niche, pinterest / instagram comments ect. You can also look at fiverr guest posts if you know what you are looking for, as there are some gems hidden in the rough.

Very nice thread!

Can you PM me the link of your blog as well? Thanks!

Facebook naturally wants to promote ads that are the most relevant and have the best conversions. You'll even notice this when you are split testing and finding your best performing ads are served more often while the rest are being throttled.

By broad, I mean still within the niche. I just find some people try and get too specific with their targeting which isn't always needed. It also helps if your niche is a bit bigger.

I think it's not wise to focus on any one strategy, you should find a way to effectively utilize all of them. I'll PM the blog, perhaps it will have something that you will find interesting.

10,000 a month is a very nice journey. Can I you give me the link to your blog?

Good luck with your journey man

PM'd. Keep in mind the blog isn't promoted at all, it's moreso just a place for me to help my friends with their online business goals and to share my own thoughts in one place. I also occasionally give use for potential clients, but it's not something I am actively working to share or monetize.

I'm happy to try and answer questions here when I have the time.

@raenic you should have linked up to your last $10k per month journey in the OP

Still even the worst of your ads has a very good EPC. How do you choose your audience? Based on country, age, interests, fans of pages etc?

Can I ask you for what you actually set up your ads to get this low cpc? Do you set it for website clicks or shares, likes or?
I hope you can share it with me, because when I was trying to set up my facebook ads campaing I was totally lost, because I watched two courses on udemy, but back in start of 2015 and courses were probably from 2014 and the interface is completely different.

This is my first journey thread. In the past I have created sites that have done over 10k per month, and this journey tracks the progress of me "repeating" that threshold and keeping me on track. Hopefully it will assist people with their own goals along the way.

Countries, interests, and fans of pages tend to be what I focus on the most. It really depends on your product and niche to best, it's hard to give a generalization of the best way to optimize your campaign.

The screenshot in the previous post is targeting clicks. I tend to optimize for clicks to website.

Interesting thread. Would love to see how your journey develops, as I'm planning a similar project.

1 more thing. Lets say you have low budget (under 100) how would you invest it wisely to improve rankings of your websites?

Nice journey you have here, Good Luck!
I have a question. In your opinion what traffic sources you think it is best to utilize for a comics/toys related niche(Social, seo, etc).
Thank you :P

Still don't understand.
You mentioned ebook and service. What are you actually selling? I mean is it a
ebook, audio video package or some sort of service since you said you have
both front end back end product?

So, when you achieved your 10k revenue hit before it was also from ppc?
It's best to then focus on ppc when you're launching your product like 80/20 stuff?

I want to know more since I want to launch my own products.
Can you plz pm your blog link?

If your budget is that low, you can look at finding individual niche related blogs on fiverr if you understand what to look for.

I'd recommend focusing on Social and Pay Per Click marketing initially as a proof of concept before focusing on long term seo. Please look at my previous posts about facebook ads, and facebook group advertising.

Depends on the numbers of your niche. SEO is long term whereas PPC and Social can give you better short term returns. I always do a combination of everything.

We sell a range of items within a certain niche, an ebook, a digital service, and some dropshipped items from aliexpress.

It's always a combination of both. During peak seasons I was hitting over 30k net thanks to good SEO, but PPC and Social was an important part of our strategy.

You just have to understand your spend versus your profit when it comes to PPC. With my cost per click and compared against my conversion rate and my average purchase price, it is very easy to scale.

Any guidelines when choosing the fiverr guest post seller?

I am in technology niche.

Also I'm doing Amazon I don't think social and pay per click would be that great for amazon in terms of profits

Pay per click might not be the most optimal for that, you'd have to look at all the factors. You can join all the facebook groups around that niche and offer up your products in an engaging way.
