Repeat: Journey to another 10,000 a month

I've been reading through a lot of these threads recently and see the educational value they offer to the masses. Thus, I've decided to try and repeat a feat I've already accomplished on a new site. I'll share insight into the techniques that I use to build my new money site using tools that everyone has access to. Hopefully this works out and offers inspiration to anyone struggling to meet their financial goals online.

So far:
-Found a new niche
-Picked up an aged domain with solid metrics at auction
-Designed a great looking front-end
-I've written about 8000 words of unique niche relevant content
-Hired a coder to develop a back-end and automate the order processing
-Building backlinks from niche relevant guest posts

Once I've finished the automation of everything then I'll be utilizing facebook ads, adwords, and bing ads to drive traffic to the site.

I also have a free blog where I've been writing about my success and methods so there might be overlapping posts. I'm not sure of the rules in terms of advertising it so I won't be sharing it.

As it happens, I have just started a similar project and taken the exact same steps (more or less). I'll be doing SEO though, so it'll be interesting to see how you get on with paid traffic.

Nothing much to report as I've been focused on putting up some decent content while coder finishes the backend. Once the backend is finished we can begin sales and start up some Adwords and Facebook Ad campaigns.

I've made about 5 guest posts on niche related sites. This weekend I'll be scraping some Web 2.0's and maybe do two pumper style sites.

I've always done best with niches that revolve around digital services. This business will be offering a new type of digital service, and I'll also be trying my hand at drop shipping some niche related items via AliExpress.

I am doing SEO as well but I tend to stay away from blackhat services on my money site. I find a lot of them do more harm then good in the long term.

So far I've been writing out articles myself and reaching out sites in similar niches and doing guest posts. These sites all have decent metrics, but most importantly they are contributing to a really sexy backlink portfolio. Once I've built this up some more, I may add some high quality and low quantity blackhat links.

Alright folks here are some updates.

I've been focusing on posting a few quality articles daily, writing them myself currently. The website's ordering will be finished soon so that we can finally accept orders and start some CPC advertising and such. While being live for such little time, the site is already in the top 200 for the main keywords and top 20 for a bunch of easy niche related keywords.

I'm satisfied with all the manual link building that I've been doing thus far and now will be using Rankspire's SERP Synergy to kick start the site. I am utilizing their 30 day drip feed, and also drip feeding some social signals.

I'm also looking at using Leith's PBN service for some extra kick.

Ranking for 145 niche related keywords based on the strength of the domain metrics.

Other projects:
Social: I'm working on creating an authority instagram and pinterest as all my projects fall into the same general niche, so taking the time to establish this is hugely beneficial. In truth, I should have done this long ago.

Amazon Aff / Drop Shipping: I found a killer general domain with strong metrics that I will be purchasing via auction. I plan on utilizing it for either an Amazon Affiliate site or a Woo-commerce based site dropping shipping items from AliExpress. Maybe combine both, offering featured products and list based articles with amazon aff links.

Right now everything is in the pre-sales phase, I'm focusing on building the framework SEO wise while the coder finishes some stuff for the product sales. Once I've gotten everything up and running, I'll start putting the monetary gains in to reflect the progress. Currently it is $0 as sales aren't enabled until everything is finished from the coder.

Also you stated that this is your second time, what happened to the othersite? Is it still making money? Why did you not continue it?

I sold it for a considerable sum. My new projects are in similar but different niches as I signed a non-compete clause so I cannot do the exact same niche.

Just some quick updates. Developed some good articles keeping in line with some news regarding the niche and that has brought in a good amount of traffic. The SEO is about 1 month in so far. Thus far for SEO I've used Rankspire's package linked above, reached out to niche related blogs and done some paid guest posting, I've now started some niche related blog posts and PBN posts. Should see some more rank improvements soon.

Not a lot of updates so far. None of my keywords really excelling thus far. I'm debating about doing something to maintain a high quality link velocity but considering just sticking with CPC advertising.

Spending about $10 a day in Adwords and returning about $50-100 a day in profit and working on scaling the cost per click strategy.
