What causes you to get banned?

Also, what are the implications of using LLC companies to hold accounts. You know they way people say eBay bans all accounts that can be linked together? If they can link multiple LLCs will they all get banned if one does? That would be catastrophic.

There are 2 main limits on a new account.
1) eBay quantity limits selling.
2) PayPal 21 day hold.

To get your eBay limits , you will just need to sell your limits and hope for good (Or call them) it is usually randomally, some of my accounts got raised fast and some slow.

To get your PayPal hold limits your will just need to wait 3 month since your first sell, provide them all the info they need, and not get any cases opened against you.

If 1 falls all falls? not necessarily
If you build your multi account correctly, it wont happen, and why that?
If 1 falls and 3 more falls, that means they are connected to eachother in 1 of the many optional ways (Mainly IP, same info and so on)...
The trick is to build each account diffrently from the other, so each account has diffrent IP, Diffretn Cookies history, Diffrent Information provided, And sell diffrent items (If not diffrent items, at least diffrent selling pages look).
Thats how you pass the stricts.

Though, you can also add to your iphone the "ebay fees" application.

I just started selling last friday and im selling about 1-5 items a day. I just noticed today the product sold had tax added by amazon due to its state. How are you guys handling this? That tax added basically wiped out my profit margin. Not sure what to do there?

Is that a matter of 1 country? or is the item you are selling get taxed any country it arrived to?
If there is a problem with 1 specific country, just go on your selling options and choose not to ship to the specific country.

Hi, thank you for all the info! I tried this a year ago, and I never got pass the credit card part. I'm from Australia, so there will be international fees selling to Americans. How do I bypass this? You mentioned ebay debit card - how does this work and will it be linked to America, so no international fees selling to Americans?

For sales tax it's based on the state the item is shipped to correct? If my address is a state that charges sales tax on Amazon purchases but I buy and ship to a state that does not then the order will not be taxed, right?

I believe that is how it should work, however I just checked my last 10 products bought, and none of them have had sales tax applied, even though the shipping addresses are on the list of states with Amazon sales tax. So I'm not quite sure

I'm doing it from Canada using LLC and I log in without any IP protection or mask. Of course if you are going stealth route because your account was just banned then using a VPN would be advised. Other than that I don't see any reason to.

Are you using just one LLC?

Also, i'm wondering about protection also. I mean protection from the fact that if one the LLCs get banned for some reason... will it spread and get all your LLCs banned?

I mean, if you have multiple LLCs all connected through a holding LLC or IP or similar?
