What's up guys, this is my first post here so I figured I would start off with a little intro. I am not new to IM, I was part of another popular forum but got fed up with it (I am sure you guys all know which one I am talking about haha). I have focused mostly on adsense for the past year or so and am consistently makin 100+ per day with it.
However, I decided to do a Kindle challenge for a few reasons. The first reason is because I have seen a lot of hard workers have success with Kindle. The second reason is because I want to add to my income source. Right now Adsense is my only income source and I want something else just in case something happens there...don't want to put all my eggs in one basket
So I will be working my butt off in this 12 week challenge. The goal is to produce three books per week (all non-fiction and at least 10,000 words) which will give me 36 books by the end of the challenge.
I will be doing everything myself except for creating the cover. I will outsource that at Fiverr.
Some of you might be wondering what my goals are for income. To be totally honest, I am not a fan of setting income goals. I prefer to set goals that focus on taking action and just trust that the money will follow. That is exactly how I got to 100 dollars per day with Adsense and I believe that approach will work for Kindle as well. If I upload 36 high quality books I have no doubt in my mind the money will follow. For example. If each book just get's me one sale per day and I price them all at $2.99 that will be about $2.09 per sale (Amazon will take 30%). So after 12 weeks I would be making almost $75 per day...that doesn't even include all the money I would get from borrows.
So right now I am not going to worry about money at all, the only thing I have on my mind is producing 36 high quality books. If I do that and see a good amount of money coming in, I will then scale it up by outsourcing just about everything.
Don't worry, I won't abandon this thread. I am a very hard worker and will check this thread just about every day to answer any questions and keep you guys updated every Sunday.
Looking forward to getting to know you all!
P.S. If you guys are interested in Adsense I would be more than happy to answer any questions you might have on that as well. One of the main reasons I left the other forum was because I got tired of people who had success make a product out of it and sell it. I believe if you already are successful you should give back to the community who supported you, not sell them a product
.
P.P.S If anyone wants to join me in this challenge please feel free to. We can hold each other accountable!!!
