Hi, thanks for signing up - SerpBook currently checks the top 300 results. This is because we discovered that less than 50 keywords out of 1000 are ranked lower than 300 so it would be a waste of resources attempting to check the top 1000.

haha well about half my keywords are ranked lower than 300! but thats no big deal I guess. keywords that low don't matter of course, its just good to see whats on google's radar, and whats not.

at the moment I am an (unhappy) customer of a competitor.
Let's call it serpwolf. It seems to me they are just showing random numbers for my trackings.
I contacted the support and this is what I got:

You are right, the results are incorrect. This is an issue we are aware of.
The cause is Google's "host crowding" algorithm which for the previous few days has been broken.
You can see a blog post about it here:

It looks as though Google are working to fix it which should bring the results back in line.
I'll keep you updated.
