I am very interested in this product. I have a question though, and I am sorry if this was already asked somewhere in this thread. When it says 10 keywords/domains does it mean you can have a max of 10 keywords per domain and a max of 10 domains therefore a max of 100keywords or does it mean you can have a max of 10 keywords and a max of 10 domains (so you could have 2kws on 5domains or 5kws on 2domains max)?

May I suggest the feature to change the frequency of keyword checks from bi-hourly so as to have a greater variety of keywords that are checked less frequently. I would buy a larger package if I could have 100 keywords checked twice a day for a cheaper rate.

I have been looking at this service for a few weeks and finally purchased it today, and boy do I wish I had done it sooner.

No more going into Chrome>Incognito and typing in each keyword manually, no more free unreliable SERP trackers. Graphs and Alerts when keywords move, SerpBook is just fantastic. On top of that the owner is incredibly communicative which shows me they are committed to adapting SerpBook as it grows to suit the needs of everyone that uses it.

One possible suggestion: If on the charts/graphs, we could click on certain days or times and insert a comment that would be awesome. For example, if I optimized Google Places for a page on a Monday and then two weeks later built some Web 2.0's, I could mark both of these down in the comments to sort of bookmark the backlink progress. Maybe a tool like this already exists I'm not sure, just something random I thought of while looking at the results!

Sounds good, I just purchased today and I am glad I made the decision. Another feature that could be useful is to have the bot actually click the link in the Google Results a % of the time. (I have seen that when my website gets clicked in the results and the person finds what they were looking for they do not continue clicking search results. Google therefore ranks pages higher that have a low search return rate.) This would probably be very hard to program seeing as it would require unique ips on each search and it would suppose javascript was enabled with the bot rather than the use of file_get_contents or curl.

Hey, thanks for your feedback - this would probably not be feasible as Google will see the same hundreds of IP's click on your link over and over again.

I've got one URL and two keywords, both keywords are the same, one of them just has an additional "s" at the end and I am trying to track them for the Exact URL and the keyword with the "s" in it is tracking correctly whereas the other one is not. It is instead grabbing the position of the main URL which is not what I want. Anyone have any insight into this? This is on Google UK by the way. Oh and I have checked multiple times to make sure that the "Exact" box has been ticked but still nothing.

Hey all is good now, thanks a lot. I've set it up correctly but I was getting completely different results when doing a manual search. It appears that the results I was getting was just a Google cache and hence the difference. Thanks again.
