seriously, like the title says, is reliable service and support going out of style? is this process that once used to be and integral part of business 101 now a lost art? are my expectations unrealistic?
i have paid for two copies of xrumer, installed them on two seriously decked up machines and subscribed to premium proxies ready to rock 'n' roll. if i give you the specs of my machines and the arsenal of IM software i have just purchased and the additional ones i am going to be purchasing in the next couple of days, you will clearly see i'm not a joker...i mean serious business. i have solid goals i intend to accomplish and some mad deadlines to meet. consequently, i am short fused and my tolerance for ass scratching, nose picking bullshitters is extremely low.
i have made several attempts to contact xrumer support on skype to no avail. the curt responses i consistently get do nothing but infuriate me since they barely address the problem. i have followed their instructions every step of the way. i have gone as far as offering to pay for premium support with no success.
it's this simple: i don't give a fuck how good your application or product is suppose to be. if you can't support it after you sell it, it's a fucking waste of my time and completely bogus. if you won't support your product all the way, don't sell the damn thing to me. i am willing to pay twice as much for a product if the support is reliable.
example:
i went to micro center two weeks to pick two machines. i chose the fastest processors they had in stock, the fastest harddrives and paid them to max out the RAM to what the motherboard will support (32gig). i paid $4k for the machines which were suppose to be ready for pickup in one hour. i browsed in the store for one and half hours since i had other things to buy. i didn't get a phone call that entire period notifying me about the status of the products and services i had just purchased. i left the store and came back the following day at 5pm when i still hadn't received a phone call after 24 hours of when they were due for pickup. i get there only to find out that fucking degenerate idiot who was assigned the task just failed to call after it was completed. as a result, i decided to return the machines. i have goals to achieve which will be damn near impossible if i rely on so-called professionals who cannot honor simple commitments like a phone call.
the customer service guy begrudgingly refunds my money. the next morning, i get a phone call from another degenerate idiot threatening to report me to loss prevention because he couldn't find the RAM i returned the day before (the RAM that i actually never physically received). after a heated conversation with the micro center store manager, it turns out that this customer service fool didn't bother looking in the machines that they were installed in two days before this entire fiasco.
i solved this problem buy paying one and half times more for the same specs at puget. their support is great and their machines are just super good.
i'm a serious business man with a deep pocket investor pounding at my door. i have a solid track record of delivering on my word. i've achieved this by working with reliable people. if you're not a service provider with integrity, please don't take my money. i will pay you what you ask for and sometimes more...but you better deliver the goods. i charge a lot of money for my services and my clients pay willingly. they do so because i suck up to them. i jump through hoops, endure sleepless nights and do back flips for them. as a result, i only want to work with people who are willing to help me maintain these relationships. if you're not such a person, simply stay the fuck away from me...and don't take my motherfucking money.
