Hey, when did the inaccurate rankings come in? You stated previously that they were accurate.
Keywords ranking then changing to 0 simply means that a different data centre is not finding your URL. This could be a google dance, and it usually stabalizes once you're in the top 50.

Yes, on the most projects it is accurate. One wasn't at all and you stepped in to fix it. The keywords are nearly all in Top50 but this 0 thing happens all the time.
When I check locally with AWR I dont have these interferences.

Hey, send me a PM with some of the keywords bouncing around.
The "bouncing" effect from being ranked to 0 is caused due to the different Google data centers. Since SerpBook uses hundreds of IP's, your keyword positions are checked with multiple data centers. Some data centers will report back being ranked, and others will return data being unranked.

good service and excellent communcation - i asked about 100 stupid questions before purchasing and he answered everyone in a professional manner.
google algorithm like yahoos changes every other day and its the serpbook that has to play catchup - google does not email ranking providers with the changes days in advance and then makes the change. Providers play catchup and change the code to accomadate.

Hey, PM me which package you want to upgrade to! I took out the "stay logged in button" to make the site look cleaner, but the system will now keep you logged in.
