Why would someone buy from you in 70$, if its available in 57$ from their official site?

Marketing? He should use SB to build links to this post until it's number one on Google.

Can someone give me a footprint to find Blogspot blogs to comment on using my keywords?

Thanks!

thanks for the video. Now my question is: what if i dont have a throw-away domain? wouldnt the feed give my domain a bad name?

In theory it could yes, but I have not split tested it to see if actually does. You can get a .info domain from godaddy for $1.99 or just go and create a blogger account or a wordpress account and post all the urls in posts and then submit the feed it gives with scrapebox. I would assume that all blogger blogs get crawled by default, but submitting the blogger feed with scrapebox would make sure the other engines crawled it too, but bet they crawl blogger.com anyway.

I just got done scraping all my competitors back links using ScrapeBox
and have them all saved in a folder and separated by platform (wordpress,
drupal, Movable Type, etc).

I have three different long tail keywords that I plan on using with the
Commenter.

How many times should I comment on these blogs I scraped using the same
set of keywords?

If it's fine to comment on this blogs using the same set of keywords how
often should it be done?

If it's not good practice to comment on these blog using the same set of
keywords more then once, would it be fine to go back and comment on them
using a different set of keywords that link to other pages on my site?

Final question, am I on the right track here or should I be doing something
totally different??

You probably don't want me to tell you this, but you should already have a plan before you start firing away with a automation tool. I mean not having a plan is like setting out driving down the highway at top speed and then stopping 10 hours later to ask for directions. There is a good chance you might find out you just drove 10 hours in the opposite direction of where you wanted to go.

That said, if you were a blog admin, would you approve comments if you kept seeing the same set of anchor text and urls over and over? I would hit the spam button.

Further more, if you keep using the same urls and anchors over and over to hit the same sets of urls your likely to wind up with multiple links to the your site with the same anchor all from one blog url, which isn't going to give you double the link juice, its just going to make you look like a spammer to Google.

Addtionally the engines only show 1000 results, its likely if your any any bit of a competitive niche your competitors have more then 1000 links and if so you are going to need links from other sources anyway. So getting your competitors links are great, but don't stop there, just get them in addtion to anything else you were already doing.

What you should be doing totally different is studying and wrapping your head around SEO and experimenting. Then you should be making a plan. Then you should start firing away with links. I am not complaining at you, you just have to have a plan or you aren't going to succeed.

Also you do't need to separate you urls by platform for scrapebox, it will auto detect them. You can chuck them all in one file and scrapebox will do the rest. (unless you wanted them sorted for some other reason).

Depending on what the PR outcome is when I check I have roughly 10,000 urls I am going to want to leave manual comments on. I am not crazy about the manual commenter in SB. Does anyone know if you can import an SB list into Comment Kahuna? I like how that moves for manual... just a personal preference SB still blows CH out of the water.

Scrapebox exports the list in plain text. So once you know your PR and filter it out by that. Just reimport that list of only the high pr ones you want and export as plain text, as a list of url and I would "assume" it would work with almost any automation tool out there. Although I don't use comment kahuna.

I just bought this.. from the and downloaded from the payments page(above?, but getting a error 18 . any help?

You have a debugger running, close it down. You can't run debuggers while running scrapebox. Its also possible it could be something else related, or a really bad Anti Virus.

If you can't figure this one you will need to contact support directly via the contact form.

am i the only one whos backlink checker is not working this morning?

It works fine for me. I can tell you Yahoo seems to have some pretty tight restrictions on requests per sec/min/hour. If I set it to 20 connections and don't use proxies it goes 999 ip blocked error in about 1.2 seconds. Try turning down your connections or getting fresh proxies or both if your getting 999 type errors.

If it simply won't run try uninstalling it and reinstalling it.

I have a Scrapebox license I don't use anymore, contact me at ace.danios(at)gmail.com if you are interested in buying it for 70$.

I love it! lol. You should try to contact the developer and see if they want to buy it back from you for more then you paid for it, since it only costs $57.

Id be happy to buy it from you, with the chance that you would possibly try to steal it back by proving to the developer that you bought it. And I would pay you more for it then I can buy it from them, but I ran out of cash a the Ice Cream place tonight. Sorry.

Want to sell it to me for $1 per month for the next 70 months? :p

If its a blog hosted on blogspot you could use:

inurl:blogspot.com +"Post a comment" YourKeyWord

If its a blog that is hosted off of blog spot on its own domain its probably pulled in via a frame or some other content is pulled in from blog spot, in which case you could just use

YourKeyWord +"blogspot.com" +"Post a comment"

I assume you are going to use manually commenting or something else since Scrapebox can not post to blog spot in fast poster or slow poster.

Hey Loop,

thanks for the help as always..

Ya I would do manual commenting after trying to find high PR Blogspot blogs. My little experiment with Disqus paid off or.. at least I think it did.

I installed the Disqus commenter on one of my blogs so I could get the back link from the username field.

I then used SB to get a list of somewhat relevent blogs. Say my keyword is Detroit plumbing. I put detroit and detroit ,Mi in the keyword generator and and then scraped with those keywords in the keyword field and "powered by disqus" in the custom footprint field.

I then checked PR and manually commented on PR4+ making the comments as relevant as possible having only skimmed the articles. I went up 2 spots in the Serps within 24 hours. I have read that disqus comments are useless as they aren`t a "true" backlink but I feel it helped and if G really does look for footprints hopefully having a mix of disqus, blogger and other blog comment links would help.

I`ll try to replicate with blogger and report back.

Is anyone having an issue with Backlink Checker? I'm getting Error 999 even though I'm using a good set of 60+ proxies. I've never had this issue before so I'm pretty perplexed. I already tried a fresh copy of Scrapebox with default settings but it didn't make any difference.

Make sure you remembered to check the "use proxies box" in scrapebox, I talked to someone the other day that did that and had the same issue. Also try lowering your connections. I am not sure if yahoo is cracking down, but I have to turn my connections down to avoid the 999 error. 999 by the way basically means you ip is blocked.

So try it with lower connections, like 5 or 10 and see if that helps then turn it up till it stops working.

since i got scrapebox less than 2 weeks ago, i have killed 2 computers. i have to spend a lot of time to get rid of the virus.

the virus obviously came from running scrapebox. how do i prevent this from happening again?

Well I would start by running some ANTI-Virus software. ;) Both Norton and Mcaffee make solid products as well as a hundred other companies, those two are just the biggest. Tons of free and paid ones.

I use nod32 for a much smaller footprint (it runs much faster and does a better job than Norton) and it is an absolute beast at preventing attacks while using Scrapebox. Also, run your lists through SB's malware filter if you're paranoid but a good AV should keep you safe.

Before I had nod32, I got some humorously aggressive viruses from SB. If you are still having problems (or get infected in the future), the best removal tool is usually MalwareBytes which takes care of almost anything you could catch using SB.

actually i do have malwarebytes antimalware as well as super anti-spyware. both of them have been pretty good until i started running SB.

this virus is particularly vicious, making me believe my 1st computer's HDD died.. i wonder why nobody has the same problem..?

All I use for antivirus is free AVG. I think it works well with SB as it blocks harmfull pages from loading. I have had SB since January I think? Not one virus yet. My main Web surfing pc is Ubuntu linux so I don`t get viruses from that so any virus on my windows pc would 99% be from Scrapebox.

Was there a particular footprint or keyword you have been searching for heavily lately that you could share with the class? If you have "killed" 2 pcs you may have been doing the same thing? Other possibilities include the virus being on your web server and when you FTP or download files from it you get infected again. An infected network drive is also another possibility I guess..

Hey Loopline,
I have never done much seeking of .edu and .gov blogs.. I knew they were important but I didn`t think they were this important. I bought a fiverr blast of 50 from a really good Fiverr provider I stumbled upon but I am shocked at how many outbound links these things have.. My thingamajigga might be broken but I swear one has 80,000 outbound links?!?!? Could a site like that possibly have any linkjuice value left in it?

I mentioned this to a friend that is always hunting .edu and he said most of the ones he finds that AA are like that. Could it be we SB user's linked the .edu blogosphere to death already or is there a better .edu footprint to finding AA blogs then everyone else is using?

if u wanna hunt edu links for scrapebox
try your niche searches here http://www.edublogfinder.com/

i think what happened was i got the 34% HDD not readible error and thought the HDD died so i copied the scrapebox folder to a new computer. the folder must have contain the virus. 4 days later, i got the exact errors on the new computer.

what i did on the 1st computer was just getting the heavily spammed blogs, and the awats sites for prstorm.

@ Txholdem

I would wipe everything clean and start with a fresh OS install and slowly add only the programs you need from install disks if you have them. Then if you have files on remote disks slowly download them and scan with at least 2 antivirus tools. Use whatever you buy and FREE AVG. Again I have been a SB user for months now wildly stomping through the internet scraping a million keywords at a time and never once gotten a virus. I wish you luck!

@ Loopline

I never used to rss ping function before thank you for the video. I just successfully used it for the first time. I have 2 questions.
1) Would the bigger the RSS ping list you use the better be correct?
2) Where can I find an assmetric ton of RSS ping url list?
3) Would uploading the .xml files created with this method to G webmaster tools and submitting them as sitemaps be an extra boost to getting them crawled or would it be a domain and link killer or like calling the G and saying "Hi my domain url is xxxx.com and I have been using black hat methods"

Does scrapebox need any decaptcher software? such as decaptcha to work successfully? I'm thinking about investing in this awesome software but just adding up the costs before i purchase such as a VPS proxies and scrapebox itself.

Thanks :)

You can use a decapthca service to get even more links and the function is built in but it's not really necessary.. Those services are what? .05 a decaptch?

If you use it at all I would export the CAPTCHA urls from your harvested lists check url PR and only try it on the say.. PR3+ urls? Why waste nickels?
