I haven't noticed any updates on this. I think you can do more than 60 - 70.

XD. OR, hear me out, what if, "IG started detecting some already plainly visible fingerprints, which almost all the people currently here on BHW assume are untouchable, just because IG was not caring about them till now?".
This really boggles my mind. I see guys promoting softwares here on BHW with 2020 era fingerprinting tech, by as a proof showcasing that they are running xyz amounts of farms. Like that really matter, if IG releases a new update tomorrow, and starts caring about even some of those fingerprints even a little bit, they're soo screwed.
And reading their comments, I'm like "well yeah, keep your fingers crossed, while you're at it."
Because I always run an adversary analysis, let me tell you, If I was at the IG/Meta, I can get rid 99% the existing automations within a month. Almost every automation solution that is currently in the market is sooo easily detectable. (And I'm not saying that automation is not possible. It is very well possible. But 99% of the public tools in the market that people are using, are ticking time bombs, and are soo easily detectable, and people using them will lose accounts with one of the IG updates or the another, or get shadow banned or hit some limits like you're mentioning.) (And I've also seen some people with very high degree of fingerprinting tech, but they're keeping their tech private, which is actually a very brilliant move.)
So, if you're using any of the popular automation tools, that might very well be the reason. Just be aware.

i am not using any tools i follow manually with my android phones and my ip and device are cleans everything got ruined after 1 sep update which also effects smm panels

Able to do 100-150 a day still, Maybe they have tracked your accounts and limited it. And if you are doing it manually and still getting blocks or bans, you are doing something wrong.

Looks like they have detected you or marked you as spam then, We are doing it normally even now without blocks.

All of them are a few years old, And the newest is max 1 Year.

Yeah, I think account age plays a big part. Older accounts seem to handle more follows, while newer ones get limited pretty quickly. Seems like there is no fixed limit for every account.
Have not seen anything conclusive to indicate an implementation of a 60 follow limit after September 1st. It seems like the limits are highly variable from account to account, and I would not be surprised if some were still at 60 follows without getting blocked.

tried 2012-2013 accounts and even 2024 facing same issue.. maybe need to warmup for very long

Didnt notice any difference in the limits at all, We are still doing normally 100+ a day. I had a few questions :
-How many accounts have you tested these limits on?

nevermind my ip got flagged because i got banned 5-6 times row in a week after this shity every month instagram update
