You ignored instructions.
You then, rushed your review and final changes and tweaks.
You then, after being reminded several times, removed the images from the pages (whilst still keeping them stored in the media folder).
You didn't do any site optimisation - 5 Second Loading times.
All the content was spun from the competitors site.
