Damn is it still not working? Damn worse timing as I needed to create few websites this week. Going through other places that I used to use for free before this

@Festinger , thanks for the update, really unfortunate situation for you and for us, but don’t let it get to you.
(A bottle of rum works wonders ). I’ve always been satisfied with the service, things can always happen
(just ask my mom and the milkman, I’m the result ).

I have been looking at your site / service for awhile now.. just waiting for the right time to join. Today I visited the site to become a member and saw the outage announcement.

Not sure the scale of your operations, but it would be better for your business (and us customers) if you actually owned the infrastructure. Providers won't let you host GPL because they either don't understand the license or prefer not to deal with DMCAs and spreading it across multiple servers facilitates DDOS attacks and increases the difficulty of maintenance. Police won't raid your house either because it's totally legally to distribute GPL code. And owning the infrastructure could help you explain in detail what went wrong and avoid being silence or giving some surface level notices like outage or ddos attacks. It'll be cheaper in the long run since you own it you can scale it as you see fit without outrages AWS prices.
I'm telling you this because you already had many days without services and this is by far the lowest the service had gone down. Particularly because you market your service to agencies. Since we depend on you any downtime you experience is a damage to our reputation as a result. And I'm pretty sure you have plenty of agency customers.

Usually such issue happen, LTD's peeps are start discussing is the owner is going to abandon the site soon? :D

That sounds pretty bad.
Does Automattic do this frequently? Never heard of such cases, why would they go after you anyways, you are not the biggest GPL provider.

Does that mean service will be unavailable after the court hearing? And if you lose you are gone forever?
