I have seen in the previous messages in the thread thag their is limit on number of users that can be added in a plan.
Also, I have seen that you allow users to create SMTP and use it externally on any apps.
So, I'm just curious if I can just use an external self hosted responder and have as many contacts as I want there and be restricted by only the number of emails that your plans allow per month? (Since I no longer need to add contacts on your portal)
Is that fine and allowed with you?
In that case, this shall suit my usecase.

In the API version pricing plan, there is a mention of number of emails per day.
Is that just as a reference or is that a hard bound limit?
Is the monthly limit hard bounded or the daily limit?

The email per day is the speed at which the message is sent per day.
It doesn't affect the fact that you can have unlimited contacts in your external app.
Both the monthly limit and daily limit affect the number of emails that can be sent out in the given time frame.
Daily limit = speed per day (for better deliverability and spam control)
Monthly limit = the real monthly limit available in your account. So logically your daily limit is multiplied by 30 days, the result of the multiplication is your monthly limit.
