i see a people using anchor text like this

Can someone explain to me why they use anchor text like this? And what is the power of getting backlinks like this? like giving power to the article or power to the domain.

I'm very curious what they made the anchor text like this, and its a blackhat technique or what guys ?

How to use anchor text like what I've demonstrated well and correctly?

can i get penaly by google using a anchor text like this ? or google like if we use anchor like this.

and what can be categorized as blackhat anchor text.

Raw URL in the anchor text adds diversity and makes it safer.

Examples above seem be be title tags which is common anchor text type.

It’s not blackhat.

These are naked, brand & partially brand versions of the keywords, they're safer as you don't want to use your keywords in every possible occasion,
The problem is, if you use your keywords or/and the same group of anchors for a wide number of links you'll get flagged,
This can even possibly result in having some kind of negative effect, i've personally experienced that before,

I do stick with the keywords anchors only for the top 5% of links, these coming from PBNs with lowest OBL, most expensive guest posts, etc...
For the rest of them, use diverse as much as you can while using brand, naked, organic, partial matches, images (blank), etc...

Using different ways to link, like the website name or the full link, is cool. But don't use the same words too much, or Google might not be like it. Keep it natural and varied for better results

Using naked URLs on backlinks is not advisable, maybe try for a few links. Always use similar keywords to attract more traffic.
