the support do not answer at all I was trying to contact them on telegram more than 2 days without any answer I had bought with pst from a site and canceled my order and site has refunded the money but pst site do not refunded the money to my card and am trying to contact them and got no answer

If I wanted to use cards to purchase items from US stores like home Depot would I have to use the Ultima card or would the private cards work too

For stores and such we suggest using Ultima cards (as others are advertisement ones). Though for now we have no cards to add to your Apple/Google Pay wallets, so the use is limited to online purchases only

We have no minimum deposits, however for small top-ups under $50 we take additional $5 small transaction processing fee
As for the guarantees, we cannot promise you that our cards will 100% work with your FB account settings. Or that when you try to add our card to your FB account the Facebook itself won't crush (as it does quite often).
However we have a lot of clients who use our cards for Facebook ads, on white and black hat ads both. Several hundred thousands of clients if the only proof that we have.

Though "suspicious payment" issue might make you think about card issues, this is connected to the overall account setup, like many other problems with facebook.
We'd be happy to assist if there is anything wrong on the card's side. Yet in case when there are no declines on the bank side there is nothing we can do
