Seeing as nobody pointed me in the right direction to send proof of my claim that PST is a scam, here are some screenshots.
I signed up based on all the activity in this thread - a risk I knew I was taking, since the comments are either asking for a trial card, or clearly fake reviews coming from accounts that seem to be fake (for example, an account with many posts on this forum, but when you click on their posts you see they post 1 post per topic, that make it appear like they are taking part in the conversation, yet 0 follow up on the topic after that).
I signed up and selected the Ultima card, and agreed to paying their fees... $50 for the card, and another $23+ in fees. When you attempt to buy the card, it shows you the fees and gives you a total amount to send, which was $73.33. This is what their dashboard showed, and after sending the BTC payment and receiving confirmation, I was supposed to have an Ultima card.
Instead, I had a "balance" of $60.87 -

and absolutely no record of any transactions in my account -

When trying to click on the Ultima card again, it says I don't have enough funds -

Here I already thought I fell into the trap, but anyways I had to do my due diligence and try to contact support, which is only available on Whatsapp or Telegram.

As I wrote above, they claim I must pay more fees (despite the fees being included when making the original purchase for the Ultima card).
You cannot add less than $50 (this is the minimum) and of course you must add fees on top of this.
So here is the dilemma for most... add another $73 (because you can't deposit less than this, $50 + fees) and hope you get an Ultima card? Or understand that this is a classic trap and fold.
You guys can make your own conclusions. Buyer beware.
PS. They always have a message about "technical update" on their BINs, which are constantly changing...
PPS. I haven't seen a single person asking for a trial posting a reply saying that it worked for them...
