Few questions about SEO

Hello, everyone. I'm currently working in the IPTV industry and generating a decent income. I'm considering leveraging SEO to increase sales and traffic, but I have some critical questions before I invest time in learning SEO or hiring an expert to do it for me.

1. If my website receives a DMCA strike, will I still be able to use SEO to drive more traffic?
2. If DMCA restrictions prevent me from using my website and branding it, would it be a good idea to create a forum or a secondary blog that refers visitors to my IPTV website?
3. If DMCA restrictions prevent me from using my website and branding it, would purchasing 2000+ mixed ******** links be beneficial for my business, or would it be a complete waste?

I've already received a DMCA strike on my first website, and it's no longer indexed by Google. I'd appreciate it if someone with expertise in SEO or knowledgeable in this domain could provide some guidance on how to navigate this situation

Thank you for your answer, in this case if most of IPTV websites get DMCA strikes, do you think creating a forum / blogger then refer traffic to my own website would work or not ? I searched about this yesterday and it looks like even the website that refers may get DMCA'd in this case...

If your IPTV biz is legit, there should be no problem. If there's piracy involved, you really gonna have a rough time doing business in the West. Cloaking or not. Check out reddit /r/piracy - not just for piracy but for legit ideas as well.
