Our Universal card with 3ds work with Vultr, as our cards are reloadable you can top-up it with any needed amount and then use the same card again when you need to renew your monthly subscription at Vultr
There is one bin on our Universal card (without 3Ds), so try using that one, we have clients who successfully are using this exact card on these platforms

We have 2 types of Universal cards: with and without 3Ds
One without 3Ds can be used with advertisement platforms, however for FB, Google or TikTok alone we advise using Advertisement one. Universal card without 3Ds works well with platforms like Twitter, Bing, Pinterest and such. And, for example, if you work with Google and Bing simultaneously - Universal may be your best fit as well
As for the card with 3Ds, it is designed to pay for various services: from VPS rental to buying your plane tickets. The main feature is that this card has a 3D-s confirmation -- that is 4 to 6 digit code which is needed to confirm the transaction. We have our interface set up that way, so you don't need your phone number to receive them -- such codes appear in your account dashboard (and in email and Telegram if you enable that in your account settings). And one more note - this card cannot be used for payment on advertisement platforms.
