Hi! Our cards are delivered without a name, so you can use any name you like. For advertisement (and for other online payments) it is better when the account name corresponds with billing name.
And yes, you can tie 100 cards to 100 different ads accounts and use different names for all of them. But remember the golden rule: one card works better when it is tied to no more that 10 accounts

2. If you file a refund on this merchant's website and send some kind of confirmation that the refund has been issued, money should return to your card's balance
3. If you have the card already, that is $100 -- 8% top up, which is $92, if the card price should be included in this $100, then it is around $75,5 to spend left ($100 minus $16 card monthly maintenance minus 8% top-up fee)
