For this you need to count the card's cost, top up commission and the balance you want to be on the card. We recommend the sum of $50, that is enough for any card with reasonable balance to test and this way you wont have to pay additional $5 fee (for all deposits under $50 we installed this fee to prevent threshold accounts users from freely roaming with our cards)

1. Would a simple photo of the passport (front and back) be enough? Are drivers licenses also accepted?
2. How old can the utility bill be at max? Does it have to show the same address as shown on the ID document?
3. Is it sufficient to simply upload a selfie with document or does the selfie need to be taken directly in the KYC process via an app/via webcam?

1) Yep, driver's licence will do, both licence and passport's photo are OK
2) We advise to use any utility bill no older than 3 months
3) This step of verification requires to show yourself on the webcam, just like Binance has, for example
