We are sorry that you experienced such trouble whilst using our service. However, as far as we know, the reasons to get your account suspended on Skype (in terms of payment methods) are either that you tried to top it up with unusual sum (like $20+ instead of usual $4.99 or such) or that the card region did not correspond to your billing country and your IP address. To avoid the latter issue, we always encourage our users to use US IP (via VPN or proxy) and enter the billing address we provide along with the card details.
We have a number of successful transactions conducted on Skype, so that means that your account was suspended not because of the card itself, but because of its non-proper usage. In case you have any questions about how to use our cards properly - drop up a PM here or message our support in Telegram, Skype or by e-mail.

We don't have this option at the moment, yet for payments with our cards you can use your custom US address (and don't forget to use US proxy or VPN if you are located anywhere else)
