Last point it's very easy for Google relate the new account with the banned one, Google don't delete any data never, they have a really big memory to remember you.

So, perhaps you could share your dev accounts supplier? I tried a new one the last 3-4 weeks and yesterday most of the accounts were suspended, so he is not good...

Buying accounts can be a gamble, as you don't know about the quality. Many Google accounts get disabled these days. If I would buy accounts, I would buy aged ones.

If you totally want to avoid verification when signing up by yourself, should also keep the location in mind. Never experienced any verification requests whenever I was in Germany. But when I am in Thailand for example, they ask for it.

what about people who spam and need lot of accounts like 10 - 50 a day how big your family needs to be hhhh aged accounts costs a lot that another problem , as of germany they started asking for id card verification be careful bro
