been using this vcc provider since 2 months as alternative to cardoshi spending like 50 usd a day . but i did not know about it from bhw
they have strange cards fee/ plans . support is complete joke but the cards bin are generally good . site is clean
however about a week i got particular (wells fargo) vcc from them that for advertising and pay on google play cause it cheaper than other . the card worked but the payment processing was taking longer time . like few more seconds . i make 10 transactions at least then i had issues with my google profile eventually i closed my payment profile. on pst side they were restricting my card because i use it on google pay . after negotiation i issued another card that should work everywhere . the plan is good but they take cut from my btc deposit before i even convert currency /load card . which mean i get less amount once my deposit settle in their wallet . i think they don't pose transparency . also the system don't alert you before card expire .

Beware of this company. They will outright deactivate your account and rob you of your balance if you do not issue a card within a small timeframe.
I had deposited around $80 and planned to issue a card once my ad campaign was ready then I received this e-mail;
Then when I asked to be fully refunded as I do not wish to use their service any longer they said the minimum withdrawal amount is $500, which is insane since I didn't deposit anywhere near that amount. Which basically means if you deposit anything bellow $500 and you do not wish to use their service, they can get to keep your money, because reasons and ToS.

Hello, I just received an email that my account will be deactivated in 48 hours due to inactivity. I have deposited some funds via bitcoin but I'm not yet ready to use your cards because my ad campaign is still in the making. I don't think it is fair to have my account deactivated with funds in it regardless if I am paying for cards or not, it is really not a good business model especially since I cannot even withdraw my money without issuing a card

They are also refusing to tell me where they're incorporated under which jurisdiction. They should display that information on the website, but they don't. These are likely just internet cowboys that will be here one day and gone the other. Buyers beware.

Terms and limitations for the cards are written in our FAQ, that includes not using Advertising cards for anything except advertising (as we have plenty of card for other purposes).

We don’t hide the information about the minimum withdrawal amount of $500, it’s written in our FAQ. It’s normal to read FAQ before using any service.
We don’t keep your money, as you can spend them with our virtual cards. Our service is meant for paying for stuff with virtual cards, remember?

I never offended your support, you're offending my intelligence. I asked for my account to be closed and my deposit refunded and you want to live in a world where it is OK to steal your customer's money once they ask for their account to be closed. You're not incorporated anywhere and you're not following any laws in any country for commerce, you are an illegitimate money exchange with shady business practices.

Again, we don’t keep your money from you, but there are withdrawal limitations. You can spend your money with a virtual payment card (buy something or pay for something) or add some money to your account to meet withdrawal requirements.

I am not misleading anyone, I am stating facts. I asked for my account to be closed and you refused saying the withdrawal limit is $500 regardless if I only deposited $80 or used your service at all. You're refusing to tell people where you're incorporated if at all.
You're making baseless accusations towards me. I never insulted your support and I never mislead anyone. If anything you're misleading people with your baseless accusations.
Your withdrawal limitation do not mean anything or give you the right to steal people's deposits if they're bellow $500, I don't want to make a withdrawal, for the 100th time I want my account closed and my deposit refunded, just because you have a minimum $500 withdrawal limit but no minimal deposit limit does not mean you have the right to steal your customer's money. If you're not a cowboy unincorporated company why don't you share your jurisdiction or company name? There are commerce laws all companies should follow in order to transact with customers. It is important for customers to know where you're incorporated and what your liabilities are, otherwise you can just pull an exit scam and run away with everyone's money being completely anonymous and opaque.

It's a really nice and easy to navigate through web interface the PST guys using on their website.

We don’t charge any cards without a reason, please check your history of transactions.
As our cards have credit status, which adds trust from advertising platforms, they can go overdraft sometimes (it rarely can happen in specific conditions) and display negative balance.
Please, provide us with your e-mail from PST so we can help you to figure out why this overdraft happened.
