Our cards are not designed to receive funds, you can use them only for online purchases (and offline ones in case you link the card to Google Pay)

I just got my Universal Card from PST and so far it's been a nice experience. The UI is clear and everything is easy to use like the exchange of funds, deposits, and withdrawals. It's more convenient to pay for the bings ads. It's a decent service at a nominal price and support is super fast too. Right now transactions seem hassle-free, I'll update my reviews once I made more transactions on FB ads especially.

As there was no response, we decided to clarify any misconception aroused.

User known as “goldberger” have tried to use our service for a sketchy scheme that included linking cards without balance to multiple Google Ads accounts so he can run ads for free, making cards go overdraft (which he did not intend to pay neither to Google Ads nor to us).

Obviously, we banned this user as such schemes are prohibited on our service for they endanger the quality of our cards and BINs for other users.
Yet “goldberger” decided to make another account on our service, did the same thing, we banned him again, and then he went for the third round with the same results. Besides, he deleted the whole dialogue with our support in Telegram where we warned him about the consequences of his actions.

Their customer support is a lil sketchy. They have a broken site, with no explanation on troubleshooting. I sent them a screenshot of my issue and got a response that sounds like some sort of overseas ripoff.

"In this case, we can deposit the balance of the USDT/BTC account, the wallet addresses are indicated in your account"

They want crypto, when they have a clear option for credit/debit cards.

If anyone has successfully used the service, please let us know your experience with some screenshots if possible.

this means it can be more than $1?

do not see any clear pricing

so is it $1 per card + 2.5% topup fee?

We believe our support team told you that our Visa/Mastercard top-up system works through an external provider, and as this problem happened to be on that side, we are unable to provide you with any information for why this happened.
In case you had any funds credited from your card, the refund shall be issued in a couple of days depending on your card’s bank
And yes, in such cases we advise our customers to use crypto as this is one of the top-up methods we use

I understand you want to protect your brand, but I want to protect the community. If these are the types of responses we get from you for a simple technical issue, I would hate to see what support will be like when there is a more critical monetary issue.

All that said, I was not addressing you. I was addressing the community to get their opinion on your service.

If anyone has used their service, please let us know what your experience was like with screenshots if possible.
 
Maybe I'll give it a try. From your experience, which card works best fo Google Ads? Is it the 3DS-Universal or the Standard Advertisement card?
