Can I use the same backlinks for my other site?

So, from what I gather from everybody's responses, the safest and best thing to do would be to use entirely different backlinks that don't exist on my first site.

It's like telling people how to do a handbrake turn at 100Mph on ice while asking how to double declutch on a different thread.

My second site isn't a subdomain, and I'm not interlinking between both of my sites.

I think its better to not do this with a new site...

However, since I do "HARO links" for all my sites, on a few occasions, the outreacher acquires backlinks from the same domains for two of my sites.

Can that be a problem too?

No, I was saying you are fine, but just don't use 100% the exact same links and don't be linking to your other site.

If this was a problem, negative SEO would have been florished.
Backlinks can't hurt your website, as you can't control who will backlink to it.
They just can help you, a lot, little, or not, but can't hurt.
