Update is ready ?I have not - it shouldn't be much since it's just pulling Google results pages - mostly text with a few small images. Will run those tests when I can - however, I've been testing with decent datacenter proxies with no issues, so that may be sufficient. Alternatively, I'm also looking into a very low-cost but quality option for residential IPs with no bandwidth limits, will mention that when the update is live.
Apologies again for the delayed update, still working out a few last issues and had to travel yesterday so didn't get as much done as I was hoping. Will be doing a last push and hopefully get it out Sunday evening at the latest. Thanks for your patience, just want to ensure it works well before pushing live to avoid headaches and scraping issues.
Will announce when live, and the software should autoupdate as well.
Kindly check you PM regarding this refund. Thank you.Very sorry for the delayed update, I know it's way overdue. I've resolved all issues but one: the compiled version isn't detecting the bundled chromium with the multithreading library (wasn't an issue before multithreading, so been trying to diagnose) - working on resolving asap, been pulling my hair out the past several days. Apologies again for the continued delays.
I know this delay is completely unacceptable, so if you purchased based on my promise of multithreading having already been released, please shoot me a PM and I'll refund you asap.
Will announce as soon as live - slowly but surely working through debugging to isolate and resolve the issue. Will get it sorted asap, and should be smooth sailing on updates from there on out.
Kindly check you PM regarding this refund. Thank you.
will proxies and threads be available in v2.3Version 2.2.9 is Live
(Beta Before Official v2.3 - Win Only For the Moment, Mac Coming This Week + Any Bug Fixes)
Due to the number of times this has been rebuilt between the previous official release and now, I didn't want to force this as an official update through the auto-updater, as I anticipate there will be some miscellaneous bugs and cleanups to do before releasing the official v2.3.
Because of this, you can download the installer from the Thank You Page (PM me if you need it, it's in your welcome/license email) - there's some info to read regarding best practices and how to save money, choose the right proxy types, etc. that can help you scrape more efficiently with the lowest costs. This is important to read before jumping into this version.
For the next few days, I would recommend avoiding using expensive/limited APIs (such as DeepL and WordAi) as there might be combinations of settings that cause issues - this last full rebuild was done over the period of a few days and just completed today (after several failed rebuild attempts over the past month+), so I haven't been able to fully test various combinations of settings as much as I normally do before releasing, but the ones I did try worked well.
Now I'm digging through and making adjustments and fixes based on various settings combinations - if you experience any issues, feel free to report them to me and let me know what settings you were using (you can enable Debug Mode in the general settings and send me the main.log file which contains helpful settings info).
With the initial framework finally solidified, bug fixes will be quick to get to full 2.3, and new features/existing requests will be tackled at a fairly quick pace (especially to make up for lost ground with this release) - improved GEO/lang handling, WP posting, image/video APIs, AI integration, etc. Will publish the roadmap once 2.3 is live. Another planned update will be to leverage the framework without full browser emulation, which will mean faster scrapes with less resources - so stay tuned for that.
Thanks again for everyone's patience - it took way longer than anticipated, but finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel so I can get back to adding new features instead of focusing on the threading and proxies.
Please PM me or open a ticket with any issues and I'll follow up asap.
Thanks again!
